All individual tickets go on sale three months prior to the first public performance of that show. Special event tickets may go on sale closer to the event date.
Tickets may be purchased in 3 ways:
Ticket purchase links are available throughout this website. By simply clicking that link you will be taken to our online ticket service and you may purchase individual tickets with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. A minimal per ticket fee is charged to all online orders. You may either choose to print your tickets at home or have them waiting for you at the will-call Box Office on the day of the performance.
You may reach our 24-hour online ticket center by calling 1-800-595-4849. Processing and handling fees apply.
Tickets may be purchased in person at the box office on the day of the show. Our box office opens 90 minutes prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please note, we do not have in-person box office hours on non-performance days.
We are thrilled to offer discounted group ticket rates for parties of eight or more. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about our pricing and availability for group tickets.
All performances at CMT are by ticketed admission only. No one will be permitted into the venue without a ticket.
If your ticket becomes lost, please see a box office representative on the day of the show to receive a replacement ticket. (NOTE: A photo ID must be shown which matches the name on the ticket order)
Children under 3 are not permitted
All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
We understand that emergencies arise that may cause you to be unable to attend your scheduled performance.
In this event, please email our box office at email@example.com and ask for info about post-dated tickets. This policy allows you (when possible) to use your tickets to future performances. There are no guarantees that postdated tickets will be used/accepted at all performances - you much contact the box office regarding availability.
